These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and 10jli ("10jli," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at 10jli.org. These Terms govern your access to and use of all products, services, features, games, and content offered through the 10jli platform (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account on 10jli, accessing the platform, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any part of the Service, you expressly acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. This agreement becomes effective immediately upon your first use of the Service.

These Terms apply in addition to any specific game rules, bonus terms, promotional conditions, or other policies published on the 10jli platform, all of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any specific policy, the more specific policy will prevail with respect to the subject matter it governs.

Use of the 10jli platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria simultaneously. You represent and warrant that you meet these requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Service:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This is a mandatory requirement under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. Individuals below 21 years of age are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, wagering, or otherwise accessing real-money gaming services on 10jli.
• You are a resident of the Republic of the Philippines or are physically located within the Philippines at the time of using the Service, and your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into and be bound by a legally enforceable contract under Philippine law.
• You are not accessing the Service from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
• You are not a person who has been self-excluded from the 10jli platform or from any other gaming platform under a self-exclusion arrangement that remains in effect.
• You are not an employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of 10jli or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or technology partners, unless otherwise explicitly authorized in writing.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

To access real-money gaming services on 10jli, you must create a player account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to update it promptly whenever it changes.

3.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you must provide a valid and active email address, a secure password, and such other information as 10jli may require from time to time. You may register only one (1) account per individual identity. The existence of multiple accounts for the same individual — whether using the same or different email addresses, names, payment methods, or devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

In compliance with PAGCOR anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and responsible gaming regulations, 10jli is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals. You will be required to submit government-issued identification documents acceptable under Philippine law, including but not limited to a Philippine driver's license, passport, national identification card (PhilSys ID), or SSS/GSIS ID. 10jli reserves the right to request additional supporting documents as required by regulatory obligations or internal risk assessment procedures.

3.3 Account Accuracy

You must not provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point. Providing false information — including misrepresenting your age, identity, or location — constitutes fraud and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to appropriate Philippine law enforcement authorities.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 10jli login credentials, including your email address, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access to your account.

• You must not share your login credentials with any other person, including family members, friends, or third parties claiming to provide gaming assistance services.
• You must not allow any other individual to access or use your 10jli account, regardless of their relationship to you.
• You must notify 10jli immediately through the Live Chat support channel if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
• 10jli support staff will never ask for your full password via chat or email. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported immediately.
• 10jli will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials, except where such loss is attributable directly to a demonstrable security failure on 10jli's systems.

10jli accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) exclusively through the payment methods listed on the platform at the time of your transaction, which currently include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT. All deposit transactions are processed in PHP. 10jli reserves the right to add, modify, or discontinue supported payment methods at any time with notice provided on the platform.

5.1 Deposit Conditions

• The minimum deposit amount on 10jli is ₱50 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction and per period depending on your account verification status and payment method.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name and that you are legally authorized to use. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are prohibited.
• Deposits are credited to your 10jli wallet upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Processing times vary by method; GCash deposits are typically reflected immediately.
• 10jli is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers, banking institutions, or telecommunications infrastructure outside of 10jli's direct control.
• All deposits are subject to anti-money laundering screening in accordance with PAGCOR AML compliance requirements. 10jli reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds for any deposit at any time.

5.2 Prohibited Deposits

You must not deposit funds that are derived from illegal, criminal, or fraudulent activity. Any deposit suspected of originating from prohibited sources will be frozen, reported to the appropriate Philippine authorities, and refunded less any applicable investigative costs. 10jli takes AML compliance extremely seriously as a PAGCOR licensee.

Subject to these Terms, verified 10jli account holders may request withdrawals of available balances (excluding locked bonus funds) at any time. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the relevant deposit where technically possible. 10jli reserves the right to require identity verification prior to any withdrawal.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100 per request. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per period may apply and will be communicated within your account settings.
• Withdrawals to GCash are typically processed within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes for fully verified accounts under normal operating conditions.
• Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may require up to one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule.
• 10jli reserves the right to conduct additional identity and security verification on withdrawal requests of any amount before processing, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals following significant changes to account details.
• Withdrawal requests may be declined or delayed where 10jli has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, account compromise, or breach of these Terms.

10jli may from time to time offer bonuses, free credits, free spins, cashback arrangements, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside each offer. These Terms govern general bonus conduct; specific promotional terms govern the details of individual offers.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible player and per eligible account unless the specific promotional terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus will be stated in the applicable promotional terms.
• Bonus funds must be wagered on eligible games as specified in the promotional terms. Certain games may contribute less than 100% toward wagering requirements or may be excluded entirely.
• 10jli reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus credited to an account where the player is found to have violated these Terms, the specific bonus terms, or any applicable platform policies.
• Players found to be engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to placing offsetting bets, using multiple accounts to claim bonuses, or exploiting promotional mechanics — will have their bonus balances forfeited and their accounts reviewed for potential suspension.
• Promotional offers may be withdrawn or modified at 10jli's sole discretion at any time. Changes will not affect bonuses already claimed and actively being wagered at the time of the change.

All games available on 10jli operate under specific game rules published within each game interface. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software for digital games and by real physical processes for live dealer games, in both cases under independent certification acceptable to PAGCOR.

8.1 Game Outcomes and Disputes

All game outcomes on 10jli are final once a round is completed. In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, the outcome will be determined in accordance with the relevant game's malfunction policy, which will be documented in the game rules. Where a technical issue prevents a fair resolution, 10jli may void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the player's account at its discretion.

8.2 Returned to Player (RTP)

The theoretical return-to-player percentages for all slot games on 10jli are published within the game information sections. RTP figures represent the theoretical long-run statistical return and do not guarantee any outcome on an individual session or session series. Short-term results will vary materially from theoretical RTP figures.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 10jli platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to PAGCOR and/or Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering while under 21 years of age, or providing false age information during registration or verification.
• Creating, maintaining, or operating multiple accounts on 10jli, whether under your own identity or fictitious identities.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit games, or conduct any activity on the platform.
• Attempting to defraud 10jli or other players through any means, including but not limited to charge-backs, unauthorized payment disputes, or collusion.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, placing deposits or withdrawals for the purpose of moving funds rather than genuine gaming activity.
• Abusing bonus or promotional offers through coordinated multi-account activity, systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics, or other prohibited practices.
• Accessing the 10jli platform using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to circumvent geographic, IP, or account restrictions.
• Attempting to hack, probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the 10jli platform or any associated infrastructure.
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts, impairs, or burdens the 10jli platform's infrastructure or other players' gaming experience.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to any third party.

10jli is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment in compliance with PAGCOR responsible gaming requirements. We recognize that a minority of players may develop problematic gambling behaviors, and we take our obligations to those players seriously.

10.1 Available Tools

All registered 10jli players have access to the following responsible gaming tools through their account settings, which may also be activated by contacting 10jli support at any time:

• Deposit limits — daily, weekly, and monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your 10jli wallet.
• Session time limits — automated notifications or hard limits on continuous gameplay duration.
• Cooling-off periods — temporary suspension of gaming access for a defined period of your choice, ranging from 24 hours to 30 days.
• Self-exclusion — permanent or long-term exclusion from the 10jli platform at your request. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and are not reversible within the exclusion period.

10.2 Mandatory Responsible Gaming Obligations

You agree not to attempt to circumvent any responsible gaming restriction you have placed on your own account. Any request to lift a self-exclusion before the designated period expires will not be processed. Any attempt to register a new account during a self-exclusion period constitutes a breach of these Terms and PAGCOR regulations.

All content, software, materials, game assets, branding, trademarks, logos, designs, text, graphics, and other intellectual property on the 10jli platform are owned by 10jli, its licensors, or its game providers and are protected under Philippine intellectual property law and applicable international conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 10jli platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content on the 10jli platform without prior written authorization from 10jli.

The 10jli name, logo, and all associated brand elements are proprietary trademarks. Unauthorized use of 10jli's trademarks — including in advertising, social media, domain names, or any other context — is strictly prohibited and constitutes trademark infringement under Philippine law.

The 10jli platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 10jli endeavors to maintain high platform availability and performance, we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure from all threats, or available at all times from all locations.

• 10jli does not warrant that the platform will be free from technical errors, bugs, or service interruptions. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where practicable.
• 10jli does not guarantee any particular outcome in any game, including outcomes consistent with published RTP figures. Published RTP figures are theoretical long-run averages, not session-by-session guarantees.
• 10jli is not responsible for any loss of data, gaming sessions, or financial positions resulting from network connectivity issues on the user's end, device failures, or third-party payment provider outages.
• 10jli does not make any representation that gaming products available on the platform are appropriate, legal, or available for use outside of the Philippines. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is at the player's own legal risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 10jli's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you to your 10jli account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10jli shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of anticipated winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible loss, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, even if 10jli has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 10jli's liability for death or personal injury caused by 10jli's proven negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under Philippine law.

10jli reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where 10jli has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has violated any provision of these Terms or any applicable platform policy.
• The player has provided false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• The player is under 21 years of age or otherwise fails to meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.
• The player has engaged in prohibited conduct as described in Section 9.
• Account activity indicates potential fraud, money laundering, collusion, or other criminal conduct.
• PAGCOR or another regulatory authority has directed 10jli to restrict or close the account.
• The player has initiated a charge-back or unauthorized payment dispute with their bank or payment provider in relation to a 10jli deposit.

Upon account closure for cause, any balances attributable to genuine deposits (less applicable bonus funds and transaction costs) may be returned at 10jli's discretion following a completed investigation. Balances will not be returned in cases of fraud, AML violations, or age misrepresentation.

You may request voluntary closure of your account at any time by contacting 10jli support. Upon voluntary closure, any eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method following completion of outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds, if any.

These Terms and all matters arising from or related to your use of the 10jli platform shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and 10jli, you agree to first contact 10jli's customer support team and allow 10jli a reasonable opportunity — not less than thirty (30) days — to resolve the dispute informally before initiating any formal legal proceedings.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the informal process described above shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. You irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts for this purpose.

For complaints related to 10jli's performance of its PAGCOR licensing obligations, players may also submit a complaint to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) through PAGCOR's official regulatory complaints channels.
