All PIPs are contractually bound to process personal data only in accordance with 10jli's documented instructions and are required to implement appropriate security measures.
6.2 Game Providers
Certified game providers whose titles are available on the 10jli Platform may receive limited technical data (such as session tokens and anonymized player IDs) necessary to deliver game functionality. They do not receive your full identity data unless required for their own independent compliance obligations.
6.3 Regulatory Authorities
10jli is legally required to share certain player data with PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), and other Philippine regulatory and law enforcement authorities upon receipt of a valid legal request, order, or where disclosure is mandatory under applicable law. 10jli does not have discretion to withhold data in such circumstances.

The 10jli Platform is strictly intended for adult users who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. 10jli does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. The collection of personal data from minors on a real-money gaming platform is prohibited under PAGCOR regulations, the Data Privacy Act, and the Child Safety provisions of Philippine law.
10jli enforces the 21+ age requirement through account registration controls and KYC identity verification.
